Trim Poetry Festival Workshop

According to Billy Collins, 'A poem is an emotion'. During this two hour session we'll look at the role emotion plays in poetry and how 'show, not tell' allows the poem to speak directly to our reader's heart. Participants will come away with a greater understanding of the role of emotion in poetry, and first drafts of poems that pack an emotional punch!
